Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of Reshift's services. By using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Reshift provides AI voice agents, website chat widgets, and related dashboards to UK service businesses. Features and limits depend on your selected plan.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your business.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to violate any law, send spam or unsolicited messages, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, or impersonate any person or business.
4. Customer data
You retain ownership of all data you provide. You grant Reshift a limited licence to process that data solely to deliver and improve the service, subject to our Data Processing Addendum.
5. Fees and billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Usage overages (additional call minutes, chats) are billed in arrears. All fees are exclusive of VAT.
6. Term and termination
Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. Either party may terminate for material breach with 14 days written notice if uncured. We may suspend the service for non-payment or misuse.
7. Warranties and disclaimers
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable best-effort basis. AI outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before relying on them for critical decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed.
8. Liability
Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
